This is the order form for Condominiumand Property Documents. Orders are processed within 4+ business days from payment, excluding the order date, and are delivered by email. Please select the documents you require and the delivery method, add them to your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout once your selection is complete. During checkout, you will be asked to provide the condominium name and other property details. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
If you require your documents within 3 business days, excluding the order date, please select the rush option.
If you are an owner with access to the Condo Control communication portal, please note that most documents can be downloaded free of charge from the library, with the exception of the Information Statement, Current Balance Sheet (Unaudited), Management Agreement, and the Estoppel Certificate or HOA Contribution Statement. Please note that the last two documents must be purchased by the lawyer handling the sale once a firm sale date has been established.
Payment may be made by Mastercard, Visa, or select Visa Debit cards. Order processing begins once payment has been received. A receipt will be emailed upon successful payment. If you require the Certificate of Insurance prior to the release of your Estoppel Certificate, please select the rush option for the Certificate of Insurance or submit a separate rush order for that document.

Please note:
- Orders (excluding Estoppels) are processed within 4+ business days from payment, excluding the order date, and are delivered by email unless ordered as a rush.
- Estoppels are not released until the sale date, or until condo fee payments have cleared for sales occurring between the 1st and 5th of the month.
- HOA Contribution Statements are not released until the sale date. All HOA Contribution Statements are processed within 4+ business days from payment and are delivered by email.
