Our History

Simco Management (Calgary) Inc. was founded and incorporated in 1982 as a residential property management company in Calgary, Alberta. We have become a leading member of Calgary’s property management industry through dedicated and professional management services. We manage a growing portfolio of approximately 22,000 units in Calgary and surrounding areas.
