Bowness features two distinct centers. The Main Street shops are situated on the east side of the CP mainline, while the community hall, high school, and grocery store form a hub in the center of the west side. Predominantly a low-density community, this western center also hosts a concentration of multi-residential buildings. Amidst this area, construction has begun on a 24-unit apartment building.
Unlike the adjacent townhouse groups and lower-rise apartments, our project introduces a more urban feel. It is positioned closer to the street to form a pronounced street facade, and most units are accessed via private interior hallways. To enhance street engagement, all units on the main and lower floors facing 73rd Street feature direct street-level access. Like its neighboring structures, the building offers rear surface parking accessible from the lane.
