Here at Simco Management (Calgary) Inc. the health and well-being of you, your family and our staff are our top priorities. Due to the recent progression of COVID-19 and its potential impact, we want to let you know how Simco Management (Calgary) Inc. is responding. During this unprecedented time, we understand this is a difficult time for all and Simco Management appreciates your patience as we work to support you.
As we have for the past 38 years, Simco Management stands as your trusted property management team to help all our clients through this disruption. You can continue to connect with us 24/7 at www.simcomanagement.ca and by telephone at 403-234-0166. We will also post updates on our social media channels and blog located on our website.
Please be advised that for the health and safety of our staff and clients, Simco Management (Calgary) Inc. has now converted to a remote work environment. Several of our staff members will be working at home and there will be limited staff on-site at the office. The Main Office and the Westman Village site office will no longer be open to the public during regular business hours. Currently, we are no longer accepting unscheduled walk-ins to our offices to assist to help slow the spread of the virus.
During this unprecedented time, for the protection of our staff and customers, we have implemented the following protocols regarding:
Emergencies
Our office is closed outside regular business hours, on weekends, and statutory holidays. Office hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
If you are experiencing an emergency such as a life-saving event, please call 911 first.
If you are experiencing an after-hours emergency such as no heat, fire, or flood, please call 403-230-4814.
If you are experiencing during regular business hours, please call our office at 403-234-0166.
For non-emergencies and regular business inquires, please send an email to your Property Manager or to info@simcomgt.com. Whatever the time of day, Simco Management is here to help.
Payments
If you normally make payments by debit or cheque, we recommend that you set up a Pre-Authorized Debit for payments. Please contact your Property Manager by email to set up. Alternatively, we do have a mailbox at our front door, where Cheque payments can be left. Please ensure you have your name, unit number and condo name on the envelope. We are not accepting cash payments currently. Please DO NOT leave cash in the mailbox, as Simco Management will not be responsible for anything lost or stolen.
If your Condominium Corporation is on the Communication Portal, you may also pay by Visa and Mastercard under “Make a Payment” on the portal system. If you are not currently subscribed to the system, please contact your Property Manager to arrange activation. Please note it is the credit card holder that pays the merchant fees.
Administrative Requests
For administrative assistance, to order keys and fobs, request an intercom listing update, or book a move, please email your property manager or book through the communication portal. or call 403-234-0166.
Maintenance Requests
Please help limit non-essential workers to your complex. You can do your part by not requesting work to be done inside your unit if it is not essential at this time. For all other maintenance requests, please contact your Property Manager or submit a Service Request through the Condo’s Communication Portal.
In the event you are in self-isolation or quarantine, please advise our team in advance so that we can implement appropriate measures for the health and safety of all involved.

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, Alberta Health Services has provided the following recommendations on their website.
There are simple steps you can take to stop the spread of all viruses including the COVID-19:
- Practice social distancing
- Wash Your hands regularly using the proper handwashing technique
- Avoid shaking hands
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick
- Maintain 6 feet of physical distance between you and other people, wherever possible
- Avoid touching your face, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands
- Using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer
- Use alcohol-based cleaning wipes on frequently touched surfaces
If you start to exhibit symptoms of COVID-19, self-isolate and call Health Link (811) for additional precautions.
