In an ongoing effort to protect our clients, vendors, staff and their families Simco Management will be following the Restriction Exemption Program as outlined by the Government of Alberta. When meeting with any of our staff in person you will be asked to provide one of the following: Proof of Vaccination, Documentation of medical exemption, or Proof of a negative tests completed within 72 hours. We are requesting you book an appointment with our office before attending, and masks are mandatory during your appointment. If you are wanting to make a payment, please mail a cheque or drop it off in our mailbox outside of our door, please ensure that your name and property address are listed. Alternatively, you can pay with your credit card through the Communication Portal. If you are unsure how to do this, please email your Condo/HOA Manager.
