Welcome to the document shop

This is the order form for Condominium and Property Documents. Orders are processed in 4+ business days from payment and are delivered by email. Please choose the type of documents you are interested in and place those in the shopping cart, and proceed to checkout when you are done. You will be asked to provide the condominium name and other property details in the checkout pages. Fields marked with * are mandatory.

If you need any of your documents within 3 business days, please order all documents as a rush.

If you are an owner and have access to the online Condo Control communication portal, please note that you can download most documents for free from the library except for the Condo Document Letter, the Current Balance Sheet (Unaudited), the Management Agreement and Estoppels

Payment options are by Mastercard, Visa or some types of Visa Debit. Order processing begins after we receive payment. You will get a receipt by email if payment is successful. If you have any questions, please call us at (403) 234-0166 and ask for condo documents, or email us at condodocs@simcomgt.com.
